T-109 OFFSET MODEL INTRODUCED TO PUTTER LINEUP FROM =TRAXX=® PUTTERS

Dallas, Texas - In 1999, The =TRAXX=® Golf Company introduced a new offset model, the T-109 to its line of innovative putters that feature the VertiScope™ Alignment System, Anti-Scuff™ Tracks and Dual-Convex™ Sole. The T-109 offset version, made with a custom designed steel shaft, was the third model to the TRAXX lineup of putters. With the addition of the offset model, players accustomed to using offset putters can now benefit from the TRAXX scientifically engineered alignment system, previously available only in the T-108 straight shafted models.

Also in 1999, Tim Whitley began the design of the new T-1000 =TRAXX=® mallet putter. Patented in 1999, the T-1000 takes advantage of the use of the Vertiscope Alignment system as well as the extended Anti Scuff Tracks. Alignment with the T-1000 is very simple and extremely effective. The prototypes have been real hard to keep in the shop. "I have taken the prototype out to play with. Other golfers on the practice green, naturally inquisitive, ask to give it a try. After a few putts, I'm always asked, "Where did you get that? Where can I get one? Is this one for sale?" Needless to say, I've given out a lot of business cards". The =TRAXX=® T-1000 was made available in 2005 and has become quite popular.

Similar to a traditional blade style putter, TRAXX putters feature a no hosel, modified heel-shafted design with an Aluminum Bronze and Stainless Steel Head. The innovative cavity center design creates the built-in alignment System to aid in positioning the players eyes directly above the ball and to square the putter face to the target line. TRAXX putters also feature the rounded, Dual-Convex Sole and Anti-Scuff tracks which aid in making a low and level stroke without the fear of scuffing the grass behind the ball - even from the fringe area.

In 1995, The TRAXX T-108 perfectly heel-toe balanced two-way blade was the first putter design on the market. In addition to the new T-109 and T-1000 offset steel shaft design, TRAXX offers the straight shaft T-108 two-way blade with a light-weight steel shaft. In 1999, Tim Whitley designed and patented the new T-1000 mallet putter that has never been on the market. The T-1000 is being introduced to the public for the first time in September, 2004. The T-1000 Mallet putter has the same unique features as the T-108 and T-109 models except that it's center aiming cavity is larger. This gives the user an even better visual while lining up the putt.

Akribis Golf Company LLC., dba TRAXX Putters, purchased the assets of TRAXX Golf Co., Inc. formerly of Corpus Christi, Texas who specialized in the development of innovative putter designs. Tom Melvin, acting Vice President of The Whippy TempoMaster Co., Inc. was given the opportunity to form a new company and purchase the assets of Traxx Golf Co., Inc. in December, 2003. "I am very pleased and excited to be able to have the opportunity to manufacture TRAXX Putters as I have always admired their quality and performance. It will be a great honor to be able to provide Traxx customers with the same high quality product as well as the same level of customer service that I have provided for 12 years while at The Whippy TempoMaster Co., Inc. It will be a lot of fun operating both companies side by side. I look forward to the opportunity." TRAXX putters, once again will be sold throughout North America, as well as in several countries in Europe and Asia.
